Here’s a small taste: Coming into the new year it is very easy to put off health goals until after the holidays. What if there were easy, smaller things we could put in place to make our new year get off to a better start than we imagined? Being healthy may be hard, but being sick is much harder. Being fit is hard work, but being unfit is harder. Being flexible is hard, but moving around like somebody much older than you is harder. Mastering our mind through meditation and self-discipline is hard, but having no control of our mind is much harder. Starting a health routine may be hard, the longer we put it off the harder it becomes to start.
